College Info Session Zoom Information

The Victoria HarbourCats are honoured to host an evening for parents interested in learning more about college level baseball in the U.S.

 

The managing partner of the HarbourCats, Mr. Jim Swanson, will chair a panel of parents (any former college players?) of former Eagles, Mariners and other local High School age clubs who will share their knowledge and experience with the parents of Victoria’s next generation of ballplayers. Topics will include:

 

• College Baseball’s many levels, including NCAA / NAIA / ‘JuCo’, etc
• Recruitment and exposure
• Recruiting windows
• Social Media / Emails and Video
• Tournaments and Showcases
• Realities of college baseball costs and finances
• Q&A
