Christmas Break High Performance Prep (12-15yrs)

What to Expect:

⏱️ SEVEN days beginning December 20th thru 27th (excluding 24, 25, 26) | 1:15 pm–3:15pm

⚾ Refined Skill Development:
Athletes will go deeper into advanced mechanics, position-specific training, and game-speed drills that demand focus and precision.

💪 Offseason Conditioning & Arm Care:
Maintain peak performance, prevent injury, and build long-term strength.

🧠 Game IQ & Situational Awareness:
Sessions that sharpen decision-making, mental preparation, and in-game awareness so players are ready to compete with confidence when the season begins.

🤝 Leadership & Accountability:
Older athletes will be challenged to take ownership of their growth, building habits and leadership skills that translate on and off the diamond.

Advanced Swing Analytics:
Optimize mechanics and approach with real-time data.

Hands-On Technology Training:

Registration & Value

💲 $150 per player for all 7 sessions (14 total hours of instruction)

NOTE:  Registration covers all 7 sessions.  If you can’t make every day or wish to order just a couple of days of training, please do NOT order here. Daily sessions will be offered at $25.00 per day plus taxes and subject to availability on the day.
