“High Performance Prep” is designed for players aged 12–15 who are ready to refine their skills and maintain peak form after summer. Hosted at The EFTC, the premier training facility of the HarbourCats, this camp delivers advanced instruction in a focused, competitive environment. It’s time to Train With Your Claws Out and prepare for the season ahead.


What to Expect:

⏱️ Saturdays beginning October 4th | 3:30pm–6:30pm

Refined Skill Development:
Athletes will go deeper into advanced mechanics, position-specific training, and game-speed drills that demand focus and precision.

💪 Offseason Conditioning & Arm Care:
Dedicated time on strength, flexibility, and recovery routines designed for growing athletes. Players will also take part in introductory talks on physical development, covering training habits, proper nutrition, and the importance of arm health to set them up for sustainable success.

🧠 Game IQ & Situational Awareness:
Sessions that sharpen decision-making, mental preparation, and in-game awareness so players are ready to compete with confidence when the season begins.

🤝 Leadership & Accountability:
Older athletes will be challenged to take ownership of their growth, building habits and leadership skills that translate on and off the diamond.


Registration & Value

💲 $225 per player for all 8 sessions (24 total hours of instruction)
That’s less than $10 per hour for advanced, professional coaching at Victoria’s top baseball training facility.
